I am unable to get WhatsApp notifications on my Note 10, has anyone else had this problem? I get regular text message notifications and phone call notifications as well as regular Fitbit notifications. I had a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 previously and had no issues with it.

@noles4 Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community!

Let me help you with your missing notifications. Lets refresh the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.

Let me know how it goes.

Tried your suggestions, and while doing so discovered a new setting I had not seen before in the Fitbit App settings-> Account -> Devices -> select Charge 2 ->  Notifications -> Text Messages. Mine were set to "Messages". I changed it to "WhatsApp" and voila, I began getting WhatsApp notifications. All is good now. Thanks for the help.
