I am posting this with my account because the website wont let my mum sign in to hers.
Her Charge 2 screen went blank at about 11 or so this morning and now has the set up screen and the app when we try to reset it up wont show the fitbit as being set up even though the process of pairing, entering the devices pair code and such work just fine, it even shows up as a paired device in the phones bluetooth page. The app only displays calories, weekly exercise, water intake, weight, female health and food intake. Steps, mileage, sleep, and heart rate as missing.
Any help?
After 6 hours it seems to have sorta fixed. I finally got it to show on the app and was able to add it as a new device and so now it works again. Still no idea what was wrong with it.
