Hi there,
I bought a charge 2 last year (I think in May 2018) and LOVED it. I bought it to participate in a fitness challenge at work but used it for so much more. However, around December, the band began detaching constantly and kept falling off, so it became unusable. I haven't used it since and am not sure if the issue is with the unit or the band. I'm very reluctant to repurchase as I'm afraid of this happening again, but I would like to be able to use it again. Is there anything that can be done?

If your tracker is still under warranty, have you contacted support?

Having the same issue and fear that the issue is with the actual unit VS the band as the band is in perfect shape.
The connection is what is weak here so feel that the unit needs replacing.
