Charge 2 band

I received the Charge 2 fit bit for Christmas.  My first one my band kept falling off.  The gift giver got me another Charge 2.  This second one does the same as the first one.  On top of the band always falling off, the plastic part on inside of band weaken and broke off.  I'm very disappointed in this fit bit as it has lots of band problems.  What can be done

The bands have always been a problem with Fitbit. As long as you keep using Fitbit bands, they will keep breaking. To break the endless cycle of breaking bands, I bought a beautiful steel band on Amazon. It is really inexpensive and it has lasted for years.
