Frozen screen on Charge 2

The display is frozen (showing "you got..").  I tried rebooting the tracker and it won't go away.  Looking at the Fitbit app, it's still recording my steps and everything else.  I just can't see it on the tracker.  Not a huge deal as I had just ordered the Inspire HR, since the cover on my Charge 2 is cracked and was starting to lose pixels, but it would be nice to save this for a backup.  Maybe it knew I bought a new one and decided to punish me LOL
