The device says it is charging however the battery only lasts 1-2 minutes, regardless of how long it is left on the charger. I have cleaned the device and the charging prongs, reset it 3 times on multiple occasions, and tried different outlets/charging cubes in case it was a power issue. The device will say that it has a full battery, but then goes completely dead in less than 2 minutes.
Please help!

Hi @TaylorTugya, welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the battery draining issue that your Charge 2 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try the tips that are listed in this help page. After this, charge your tracker again for 2-3 hours and see if the battery doesn't drain fast.
