Hi there, the past week my fitbit's battery has been draining in less then 12 hours! Not sure why this is happening, as I haven't dropped it or got it wet - is there anything I can do? I've only had it for a little over a year.

@AlixS Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2's battery is draining quickly. Try cleaning the contacts using cotton with rubbing alcohol then charge it by plugging it for a couple of hours directly to your computer's usb port (try different ports) or use an UL listed usb wall adapter. After this, restart your device and see how it behaves.
