Charge 2 merging 2 loops into one

I've been using Charge 2 with connected GPS (Fitbit app on a phone in Sync all day mode and running). I've been doing cross-country skiing loops in a local park since beginning of winter. I tried different exercise types - walk, run, bike, but all of them show incorrect distance. looks like when walk or run it's using strides instead of GPS to calculate the distance. At least it's fixable when import into Strava - it allows you to recalculate the distance based on GPS data, which Fitbit app nor dashboard does not allow...

Then I started using bike mode since it cannot calculate steps when you are riding a bike - your arms are not supposed to move. But guess what - no luck neither. It make 2 loops into one, so the distance is a half of what I've run. And when two loops are not identical - it just eliminates a portion.

Dashboard screenshotDashboard screenshotAnd it shows correct momentary speed on the speed graph, but the average is just a half, since it's distance (half) divided by full exercise time. This looks like a bug to be fixed by the fitbit s/w teem.

@PNK Welcome! It's nice to have you on board! Sorry to hear about the issues you are having tracking your GPS activities. This is odd and I couldn't see the screenshots. Still I suggest you log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. After this refresh the link between your phone and your tracker by you can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. Finally check these suggestions to improve the GPS tracking on your Fitbit app.

Let me know how it goes!
