3/15 My watch, yesterday, ran out of power. Charged it in the morning. By nighttime the watch was dead, Today I followed direction to clean and delete re-install app and rest bluetooth. Connect charger to computer. Made sure the charger was correctly attached to phone, and nothing happened. The watch didn’t vibrate or show battery charging even after holding the side button. on the watch. What do I do now?

Hello @stengh and welcome to the Community. Rechargeable batteries have a lifespan. It ranges from 3-5 years. Fitbits don't have any way of reporting your battery health, like your phone has. I'm sorry, but you have a dead battery. Time to upgrade.

If you use the Fitbit app, make sure All-Day Sync is turned off. All-Day Sync increases battery drain on both your tracker and mobile device. To find the setting, open the app and tap or click the Account icon at the top of the screen tap or click Charge 2 to see your settings, then scroll down.
