So after doing some research on how to “fix” my broken Fitbit, I have found that many people have the exact same issue...black lines in the screen, green lights staying on, only one green light on...and the answer to the problem, if you are past the one year mark, you are out of luck. So I guess purchasing a second Fitbit charge2 for my significant other was a dumb move on my part but I loved mine for the last 18 months until last week when it started acting up. I won’t be purchasing any more Fitbit products or recommending them to any of my patients.

Sorry to hear about your damaged Charge 2 device and thank you for reaching out to our Support team. Support does follow the guidelines listed in the warranty so if your device is outside the warranty period they won't be able to replace it. Still thank you for sharing your feedback.
