Charge 2 black screen

My screen has been turning black over the last week , now I can hardly see anything ! I have tried to reset but didn't work !

I noticed blank lines through my display, then one of my LED lights was off. Now my FitBit is fully charged, but I have no display. It buzzes when I receive a text or phone call b/c it's synched up with my phone, but it's not tracking any movement. It's interesting that so many others in the community have experienced similar issues in recent days.
