The screen on my forbid started out scrambled. I followed the directions to reset it and now the screen is blank. It still vibrates, tracks and syncs to my phone, but there is nothing on the screen. What do I do?

Do I just keep holding button in while it os charging until it vibrates?
I've done it about 10 times.

this is a common problem for fitbit charge 2 ... unfortunately
