I've seen a number of people pose this issue but am not sure of the answer or solution. My Charge 2 screen has frozen up a number of times in the past 24 hours, and just recently went blank. Oddly, it was recording my steps on the app, just not on the unit. Is there a solution other than purchasing a replacement? I'm pretty sure I'm out of warranty.

Try a Restart, Judy, and try it several times if necessary.

Yes, I have tried to restart multiple times. Still nothing. Oddly, the functions still work -- step counter, alarms, notifications. It will buzz when I hit my 10,000 steps, so everything works internally. It's just the visual display that isn't working.

Biggest problem now is that I cannot tell when it is charging (no display to show moving lines) and therefore it is not charging. In a few days it will die out completely and then I'm stuck. Any suggestions?
