My Fitbit charge 2 is not syncing.

I absolutely love wearing and using my Fitbit. Unfortunately, since yesterday it has not been sychronising my steps.

I'm on workweek hustle and my steps have not updated since Tuesday 21.22.

I have tried rebooting the Fitbit and reinstalling the Fitbit app. 

Please help!!!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not syncing. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.

Mines doing the same, the app doesn't appear to be syncing to the device anymore.

The charge 2 doesn't like my new phone i think..samsung a40😪 I'm syncing to my iPad and my Husband's iPhone 🤭
