Charge 2 blank screen

Hi Fitbit,

 

I woke up yesterday and my charge 2 has a blank screen. At first, I assumed it was the battery but I have now charged it and still no screen. It is obviously working in the background as my alarm vibration is working and I have synced it and it has recorded my steps but the screen is black.

 

Please help

Try a Restart and do it several times if necessary.

Ja mine is also doing this. My previous fitbit as well - ended up throwing it in the dustbin.  Seems like fitbits only for work about 24 months as I got mine on Christmas 2 years ago. Very good way for them to make money but think I will just move to another product.  Actually ridiculous.
