My Charge 2 started missing sleep details about a week ago; 3 of the last 6 nights had no sleep details. I've been a customer for years and this is a new problem. All days were more than 5 1/2 hours. FB was fully charged because I switched to another brand watch and just use the Charge 2 for sleep tracking. It also stopped syncing a week ago, and I finally fixed that by restarting the FB and FB app. Since this is so recent and so consistently bad, I assume it's a FB update or an iOS update. iOS 13.2.3 FB 3.12.1
I noticed that there is a FB update pending, so maybe that will fix it, but would like your input to see what you think is causing this to fail.

@sailorlady Welcome! It's nice to have you on board!
Let me help you with your missing sleep details. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.
Let me know how it goes.

My Charge 2 has become completely inaccurate on sleep amounts and details. Sleep tracking is an imperative for me in a tracker and may cause me to move to a different brand. This Charge 2 has been replaced once already when it stopped functioning totally before a year was up. Will certainly NOT buy another Charge line product.
