Hi my partner has a charge 2 tracker there is nothing displayed on the screen yet it works as she can see it on the app on her phone she has tried a number of different ways to get the display work none of which have worked any advice on how to reset the display would be great fully appreciated thanks in advance Paul

Best AnswerThanks for your help Braulio she has previously tried that and it wasn't successful the tracker is working it just has no display on it there are no clock faces on the app on her phone she was trying to rest it that way also
