Charge 2 blank screen

I have a charge 2 hr.  2 days ago, the watch buzzed then the screen went blank.  The watch is still synchronising with the app and is working as it should, including charging.   I have checked via community etc and done all the charging, resetting, etc that was suggested there.  I still have a blank screen.  Please help. Thank you

Hi here, @PumJum. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 2.

To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Done all this previously and repeatedly but to no avail.  Still have a blank screen.

I already tried restart and clock face. Readout is very dim and only viewable in a totally dark room

As previously stated I have done all this.  It doesn't work.  Any further suggestions or do I put the watch on for recycling somewhere.  Certainly will not be purchasing another fitbit.

Me too. The face is showing 11:31 and 15 June all time. 
Seems it stopped since at that time.
I also tried all suggested ways but not go back to normal.
The fitbit team suggested to buy a new one 🙂
