I just woke up to a weird problem...

 

My charge 2 was suddenly stuck in a boot loop (fitbit logo - time - vibration - reboot) I charged it fully and was briefly able to get it back to normal and sync it. After I put it back on my wrist the problem immediately reappeared.

 

I tried a hardware reboot which failed. Now my screen is totally dark. When I attempt another hardware reset I can sometimes see the screen flash for a split second and I feel a vibration.

 

Any idea what to do next? Thanks

@Doubleben Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry to hear that your tracker isn't working. Since the restart didn't work the next step is letting our Support team know. I noticed that you have a ticket with them so I wanted to know if they were able to help you?
