The button on my Charge 2 is not working properly. It will work to scroll through screens but when I hold it to start a workout session it doesn't work. There are no updates for it. I have tried putting it on to charge and restarting it but still same problem.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 button not working correctly and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You can clean the button area with cotton and rubbing alcohol. After this use compressed air at a distance to clear the area. Finally restart your device.
