Charge 2 buttons does not work

The button on the side suddenly stopped working. Everything else seems to work but nothing happens when I press the button

Let me help you with your Charge 2 button not working. Clean the area with cotton and rubbing alcohol then use compressed air at a distance to clear any debris or dirt.
