Hello, I have a problem with Charge 2 battery. It constantly shows that its not charged. I tried to charge it several times for hours but even if it shows that it's charging after a moment the battery drops to zero. Turning the device off and on did not work as well. Please help with this issue

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? Thanks for quick answer. It seems that problem is different. I charged the device again for few hours. Then it worked correctly for about 20 minutes and during this time it lost all the battery. So the problem is probably in keeping the battery not charging itself.
Until few days ago the battery lasted 5-7 days without problems
