Hi, I bought a Charge 2 for my mum and we do the setting together today, when all the settings were done on her mobile phone, the alert of low battery shown on the phone screen, then I goes to the wrist band it showing an exclamation mark, even I charged it for 2 hours, nothing change, could anyone help please?

Hey @c1565890, welcome aboard! If your mom's Charge 2 is not turning on, I suggest you to take a look at the tips in this help article: Why isn't my battery charging? Especially the restarting.
