every time i try to change the clock face on my fitbit app for my charge 2 model it just stays on loading screen

@clodaghholmes Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the clock face change issue that your Charge 2 has experienced, I'd like you to restart it as described in this help article. After this, make sure to follow the steps listed in this help page when trying to change the clock face.
