Charge 3 won't respond

My Charge just showed me å smileyface went dark and started to vibrate in pulses. Now it doesnt respond at all.

@Padwan Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Since you mentioned that your Charge 3 won't respond, I'd like to know if it vibrates when you put it on the charger.

In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your tracker for 2-3 hours and see if gets back to life and the issue gets fixed.

Hi There,

The same thing has been happening to my Charge 3 for the past 3 days.

It went completely blank on Sunday night and just kept pulsing for about an hour and would not switch on until sometime this morning. Now it is back off and it does not vibrate when I press the button and neither is it responding when I charge it.

Well recharged it and worked for 2 hours. Now its dark and red light on the censor.

Got help from my national fitbit support. Got a new watch on warranty. Upgraded to charge 4.
