Hello, last week I bought a Huawei P30 lite, and I cannot connect my Charge 2.
Is there anybody who can help me with this problem?
I disonnected the watch off my iPhone, I disconnected it at the bluetooth part too.
Thanks in advance

Hello @diniliesje welcome to the Community Forums, it's a pleasure for me to assist you with the inconvenience experienced with your Charge 2.
Thanks for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, your effort and patience are appreciated. Let me share with you that the Huawei P30 lite is not currently listed as a compatible device with our products and services, therefore, you may experience certain connection difficulties with it. I'm aware that some users are able to use non-compatible devices with our Fitbit products, however, we cannot ensure a proper function of all its features due to this compatibility concern. That said, even though your new mobile device is not compatible, lets give it a try to our help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
If by any chance you're still unable to use your Fitbit with your mobile device, I suggest you to try: How do I use the Fitbit app on my Huawei P20 Lite phone? and take in consideration the steps that are specified there. I understand that this is not the same phone, however, since both are the lite version the steps there can be helpful. Otherwise, please try with a compatible device or a computer to avoid this situation
I'll be here if you need anything else, please keep me posted.

Hi there, it took a while but I finally fixet it. It does work, but not as nice as on my former iPhone. I posted a picture too, maybe it helps you. In the Fitbitapp there is another tracker named mobiletrack. I don't know what this tracker means, but I do not remove this one.
The syncing does not always work, or fast enough. Sometimes, after charging the phone, I switch the phone off and on, and then it works again. I hope this will hrlp you
