My Fitbit is just over a year old and I love it, but the screen cracked which makes it hard to read easily. No reason for the crack - not dropped or exposed to high temperatures. Disappointed to read so many others have had the same problem. It must be a design flaw.

I’ve had the same issue! Not dropped, my Fitbit, It’s not had any trauma, so indeed wonder if it is a design fault?
