A few weeks ago I changed from an iPhone 5S to a Motorola G7 Plus. Initially I had no issues connecting to the new phone and everything worked as it should. Since yesterday, my fitbit stopped syncing. I have tried turning bluetooth on and off, making sure my phones battery management isn't interfering with bluetooth or the fitbit app, made sure all permissions for the app is on, fully charged the fitbit, held the button to restart the fitbit, force stopped the app and restart, tried syncing via the windows 10 app. I then decided to go last resort and completely unpaired the device from my account and any device it was connected to. Both my Motorola and Windows 10 apps WILL NOT CONNECT. It's like the bluetooth within the Charge 2 itself has stopped functioning. What can I do?

Update: my old phone's bluetooth still was trying to connect to the device. Once I'd "forgotten" the Charge 2 on there, it let me set up on the new phone. Had to force stop the app once as whilst trying to pair it wouldn't go past the 4 numbers. After force stop, set up continued as normal. Adding this reply in case anyone else has a similar issue and this might help them solve it

Hi - glad it worked for you. In my case, the Charge 2 device has lost its Bluetooth capability totally and will not pair up with anything. It doesn’t even appear as an optional device to pair with on either of my two IOS devices (and I disabled Bluetooth on each in turn and powered off). Neither does it appears an option on my laptop.
followed all the steps recommended by Fitbit but to no avail.

I have the same issue.
my charge 2 stopped syncing after i installed the recent ios-update.
it seems the charge 2 has lost all Bluetooth capabilities.
Are we waiting for an app update ?
