Charge 2 constantly buzzing

My charge 2 keeps turning notifications off and on and thats it... but if i hold the button down it stops ..so i got a tiny cable tie and put it around the  fitbit so its stopped buzzing and i can see the screen ... i may have to do this everyday untill someone can come up with a proper fix for this have not tried charging it with it on

Let me help you with your unresponsive Charge 2. You can clean the button area with cotton and rubbing alcohol. After this use compressed air at a distance to clear the area. Finally restart your device.

Gave it a clean but still nothing this is the only thing that works..
still goes crazy from time to time to time but its a fix lol.. the button
has to be pressed in but can't use any other functions but im ok with that
mainly use the information on the screen and it still connects to my phone

Had to keep the button pushed in for it to work then it decided to working but then the battery decided to last 20 minutes  and now it is pretty much dead

I did try cleaning it but i think it had just given up ..I got a new fitbit in the end

Mine is doing same thing.  These are junk.  Poorly built and very poor support.  I feel taken to the cleaners.
