I was very happy with my Charge 2 but without reasom my screen is cracked down the whole face. Is there anything I can do? KRs

I woke up yesterday to find i had a crack in my screen as well and was just trying to find out the same thing.  Ive seen a few posts about cracked screens but no helpful. One post the person said it was out of warranty but havent read anything about when its in warranty.

I just contacted support about the crack in mine. My fitbit is still under warranty and i can start the process of getting a replacement. 🙂

I just got off chat and mine is out of Warranty of course so no replacement for me.

I bought mine 1 year ago so normally it's still in garanty... fingers crossed
