Charge 2 cracked screen

The screen on my charge 2 has cracked from top to bottom although I have not damaged in any way. I messaged customer service a week ago to ask about replacement but have not had a response.

 I had one crack as well, and replaced it, and have cracked this one in the EXACT same spot. My step daughter also has the same crack. There's got to be a flaw in the screen.

I concur....a likely flaw/defect in the screen. 

Some time back my Charge 2 cracked completely from the top to the bottom of the screen.  It happened while I was sitting and reading.  I actually heard it crack.  I now have a Charge 3 and hope it does not have the same type of poor quality screen.

Mine just developed a crack.  I don't want the Charge 3 because the screens aren't the same.  Any place to still find a new Charge 2

Mine cracked too for no reason and I too do not want a charge 3 not as user friendly.
