Reversed numbers on Charge 2 screen

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Charge 2 screen became faulty yesterday. I responded by following instructions on this site to restore. Completed several times. Now the screen numbers are back to front - as well as a shaded line on the right side which is distorting the screen view and pushing numbers to left of screen. Last synced today at 9.33. Battery full.

Any suggestions?

Thanks for your reply.

i have managed to correct the reversed numbers by repeatedly reconnecting the Fitbit to the charger and pressing the button.

The screen then pixelated after a short time of correct display. This morning there is nothing showing on the screen despite being fully charged.

thanks

ODD! Mine did the same thing after a few bars showed up. Then, after a reboot, the screen showed up reversed text. Starting Sunday the screen is black, the device tracks, but no screen.

I tried rebooting it to no avail. Seems like device failure. Nice build quality (much sarcasm). Now the debate to replace it with another potentially faulty Fitbit (this is my 3rd one) or switch to a Garmin or something more robust.

Thanks. It seems a common problem with screen going black.

My Fitbit started off “normal” this morning, but within an hour was fragmenting, and then completely unreadable.

Paid Too much money to have this problem, oh, BTW, my screen has been cracked for over a year. Have replaced bands twice. Thought it was misuse until I read the other posts.

An Apple Watch is my next preference.

cheers
