My new Huawei P30 does not track distance or map. I had a Samsung A5 and all worked fine. I have GPS settings turned on and location turned on. I've installed, uninstalled and so on several times. Also having same issue on an iPhone I borrowed. Even on autorecogmise it doesn't work. When manually logging a walk the fitbit won't connect with phone despite it being paired via Bluetooth.
Thanks in advance

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @cindy.gavin. It's nice to see new faces around. I'll be happy to assist you with your Charge 2 inquiry. Thank you for mentioning the steps you have followed in order to resolve this situation.
The first two phone models that you mentioned are not included on the Compatible devices list but they could work sometimes. Since they haven't been tested we can't assure that they will work all the time.
You can try troubleshooting steps of help article Why isn't GPS working on my Fitbit device? Do you get any kind of connection error? What happens when you try to connect?
I'll be waiting for your response.
