Charge 2 cracked screen

I JUST got my new Charge 2, and have already somehow broken the screen, sheesh. My old one lasted for years without a scratch. Any way of replacing the screen on these?? I'm so disappointed...

I had same issue but was over the one year warranty.  Fitbit offered me a "slap in the face" discount on purchasing another one of their junk products.  Never again will I purchase Fitbit.

Sorry about your bad experience! So far OK for me, I like mine and want to
fix it. I viewed a YouTube video on replacing the screen, so I might do
that.

Mine has cracked as well, but read that you can’t purchase a replacement screen? Again, as other post, mine is just over 18 months old and so out of warranty; but shouldn’t be cracking that soon - very disappointing.if anyone knows where can purchase new screen, please let me know as would be happy to try and replace

I have had mine for a few years and it just cracked. I want to find out how much it will cost to replace it.

I found some of the screens online, along with some instructions on how to
do it, you might start there. Not sure if they are going to just replace
this one I just bought, but we'll see!

Not sure i5 can be replaced, officially; seem to be some DIY jobs on utube but not been able to find where to buy a replacement screen yet, but seen companies charging £39.99 !

I've seen those videos, too, and it looks like something I could do, but
not sure where to actually GET one.
I'm looking into it, though. Waiting to hear from Fitbit, whether they will
offer me a replacement or not. It may have actually been cracked when I got
it, I don't know.

I've had my Charge 2 for awhile now and I do love it, never had any issues, until yesterday.  I looked at it to find out how many steps I had and noticed the screen was cracked.  I'm not sure how it happened.  I only take it off to charge it or when I shower.  I'm quite disappointed now.  I really don't want an upgraded version of the Charge 2.

Exactly the same scenario with mine, has never been bashed about and just one day, screen cracked straight down the centre? Really isn’t good enough/shouldn’t happen😡

Also, looking at the amount for sale on eBay, with cracked screens, it is a common fault/problem and also read on the internet that it is Said to be a known Problem/fault with the charge 2s...

Yep same issue. Think I could change it, but where to get a new ‘screen’? Not just a screen protector
