Has anyone else had issues with the Charge 2 developing a cracked screen without any reason? This is the second charge 2 device I have had with the same issue. The first one was replaced by Fitbit as it was just over the 12 month warranty. Now that the same thing has happen i am wondering if it is a known issue? I contacted Fitbit but they stated they won’t do nothing as they had replaced it once. Surely if it’s a known issue they should really replace all devices, or at least offer discount on models that work. I love Fitbit and want to replace it but am reluctant to part with my cash if this is a known issue that happens on all their devices. May have to look at other brands.
