Hi, I've seen others have had similar issues with a dead screen and I have tried resetting, resetting 3 times in a row, letting the battery die recharging and resetting but I can't get the screen to come back on. I tried contacting the help but they said there is nothing that can be done as it is out of warranty (by just a couple of months). Has anyone got any solutions that have worked?
If not anyone know if the Charge 3 has the same issue after warranty expires?

@Noony5 Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.
Sorry to hear about your damaged Charge 2 screen. Support does follow the guidelines listed in the warranty so if your device is outside the warranty period they won't be able to replace it. Still thank you for sharing your feedback. Fitbit devices should hold up (at least the ones I have used lasted at least 2 years before I went with an upgrade). If you purchase a Charge 3 you can also add the extended warranty) to have an additional year of coverage.
Let me know how it goes.
