Charge 2 dead screen?

My charge 2 started showing pixelated graphics and backwards text on the display today.  It otherwise worked fine until the screen seemed to completely died this afternoon.  I've rebooted 3 times and the screen is still blank.  It seems to be working fine otherwise.  My phone can connect and sync alarms but, no display.  It seems like this issue has popped up for other users quite a bit.  Has anyone found a solution

i seem to be having similiar circumstance. Blank screen 

I did not receive pixaleted message 

I’ve reset my device 

it has 100 percent battery, syncs 

but now after I reset it comes up with battery pic with flashing exclamation mark 

last 1 minute then dies again 

so frustrating 

I’ve contacted support but I still have issues

Started for me yesterday too.

reset whilst on the charger and left it overnight and it was fine today until about half an hour ago. Checked my app and it’s on 95% battery which it died on yesterday too.

Good afternoon. I had a similar issue last week. I thought it was the charger, so I changed it. Then I did the reset but the screen is still blank. The green lights at the back come on though. Does anyone or customer support has any suggestions or solutions to this problem? My Charge 2 is just about 2 years old.

Hi . I was in the midst of dealing with customer support , trying everything that’s on the help screen , but I had to end the chat and she sent me email with further instructions on why my Fitbit won’t charge which is not the case as it’s charging.

mine resets but now it’s just having the flashing battery symbol come straight on after app told me it’s 100 charged.

ive just left it on charge once again overnight 

but it’s still doing blank screen messsge 

very frustrating!!!
