Charge 2 didn't record sleep

So I updated to the new dashboard yesterday, maybe around 6:30 pm?

Everything looked like it was syncing, went to bed around 11:30. When I just woke up (around 5:45), it has not registered my sleep, and told me to wear my band to bed in order to do so. I WAS wearing my band, like always.

What gives? I didn’t change any settings, there shouldn’t be any issues. Is this a known bug with the dash? And what’s the fix? Because I’m not a fan of the layout, and not being able to go back is annoying- I want my info tracked properly.

@zooropababy, welcome! It's nice to have you on board!

Let me help you with your sleep detection. Your device will start recording sleep after it detects an hour of inactivity. If you have a light sleep or move too much then this may difficult your sleep detection. Additionally you can try wearing your device on your non dominant hand to decrease the amount of movement it is subjected to. Finally you can restart your device. You can also manually log your sleep time. You can read more about sleep detection here.

Let me know how it goes.
