my charge 2 has been working fine and it is about 2 years old. Wore to bed as usual and this morning the display had a white pixelated "vertical" bar along the RH side of the display but appeared to be working otherwise. Shortly after the screen went blank although the green lights still were lit on the back. Then they went out and now it is dead. I cannot get it to respond at all although when put into the charger I get a vibration. I am charging it now, I think, but it was showing over 70% charge yesterday so I would be surprised if it was without charge. I tried one suggestion I saw to disconnect blue tooth, forge the device and remove the device from the app, but without any device response I cannot reinstall it.

Let me help you with your unresponsive Charge 2. I suggest you restart your tracker by following these instructions and retry the setup process.
