Has anyone who's Charge 2 went dead and was offered a discount for a charge 3 or watch and decided on a charge 4 because the 3 has same issues as the 2 (check charge 3 community comments) made any headway with Fitbit to get some sort of discount on the 4? Because their discount offer excludes the 4. They say because it's a new product. I would think they would offer something to the thousands of us who have been loyal something on it.. don't you? Please let me know what u think

Thank you for your feedback about the discount. You can get the discount on other Fitbit devices too not only the Charge 3. Still if you wish you can reach out to our Support team to see if they may have anything else for you or provide your feedback about the discount to them directly.
