Charge 2 display backwards

Charged my Fitbit charge 2 as usual this morning and the display has corrupted and the writing is backwards. A white line has also appeared down the left hand side.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 screen showing backwards. I noticed that you already have a ticket with our Support team so please work with them to find a solution.
