I was gifted my sisters old Charge 2. I already have a Flex 2.
I put the Charge 2 on charge last night and it had fully battery and was working this morning. I then tried to sync it with my phone and add it to my account.
This was successful and I had both the charge and the flex on my account.
My phones bluetooth was connected to the Flex 2 and so the Charge 2 said 'looking' on the app. So I told my bluetooth to forget my Flex 2 so that it would connect only to the Charge 2.
When I then looked back at the Charge 2 the screen had gone black and would not turn on, but the green lights underneath were still flashing.
Reading through the community posts I have put the Charge 2 into the charger and help down the power button for 10-15 seconds. I have done this three times as suggested. This has done nothing. I have held it down for even longer and still nothing.
I have cleaned the prongs on the charger and the connection on the watch.
I have done what one user suggested and help the power button for 4 seconds then a 1 second break, 3 times. This did not work.
Any new suggestions would be appreciated.
