Charge 2 display won't work

My FitBit is still charging and connecting with my smart Phone, but the local reading on the display stopped working. I purchased the device via Amazon. What should I do?

Welcome aboard @Bertolumeus! If the display of your Charge 2 is not working as expected, the I suggest you to try to restart it by following these instructions:

1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You'll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker's display. Your Charge 2 will begin charging.
4. Press and hold the button on your tracker for four seconds. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, this means the tracker has restarted.
5. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

Hey @Breh, it is great to see new faces around! Thanks for trying to restart your Charge 2 to fix this and I want to apologize for the delay in answering your post. When you say that it only works on your iPad and your computer, I guess that you are talking about syncing, right? Ok, now could you please tell me, does your Charge 2 at least still syncing when you plug it into the charging cable? Or the display is totally blank?

Thanks for your response to my problem with my Charge 2 Fitbit, however I replaced it with a Charge 3 Fitbit and I’m learning how it works.
