Charge 2 display

My charge 2 says battery full and it is synching.  However it is no longer showing my name and information.  It shows only time and date and the word "friend". I am presently on a galaxy tab 2, Samsung s5 and a Windows  10 PC . It previously worked on all of these until a couple of days ago when it stuck . I charged it . Could hear and feel the vibrations and now it shows date, time and "friend".

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not showing your data correctly. This is odd. Could you share a picture of what you are seeing on your tracker? Also try restarting your tracker by following these instructions.
