Charge 2 does not display mileage

My Charge 2 does not display my mileage but it is displayed in the app when sinced.

Let me help you with your missing distance. Which activity are you recording? Could you share a picture of what you are seeing on your Charge 2? Have you tried tapping the screen while on activity mode? Try restarting your tracker by following these instructions.

Thank you for your reply! The mileage appeared when I tapped on the ‘screen’. Thank you! I wasn’t aware that you had to do that. I thought you only had to press on the side button to change ‘screens’. I learned something new today! Thanks again!
