Charge 2 does not log steps

Today I walked 9990 steps. Wanted to see 10000. Walked 350 plus steps. Fitbit stays on 9990.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not counting your steps. This is odd so I suggest you restart your device by following these instructions.
