Charge 2 doesn't charge or sync

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My charge 2 won't charge up today. The green lights on the back flash: not the random flashing you see when it's in your wrist, but a regular on/off flash.

Won't sync.

Tried resetting, to no avail.

Seems similar/same as this post but there was no resolution: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Other-Charge-Trackers/Display-on-Charge-2-not-working-green-lights-s...

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @DrAmyB.

Thanks for the details shared in your post and for already trying to resolve the issue. I appreciate providing a link for a thread with similar issue. I recommend following the complete troubleshooting instructions at Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? If you're able to charge your device, but it's not syncing, please see this help article for complete troubleshooting tips.

Hope this helps.

@LiliyaFitbit Thanks for the above. I've checked the charging stuff at the link and no luck. It actually charged successfully a couple of days prior. Though I didn't give it looking enough to have a full charge, I doubt it would have depleted so quickly. The last sync, two days ago, shows the battery as full in the app.

So still not charging.

Then with regards to pairing, again tried everything in the other article. Unpaired the device through Bluetooth and now my phone won't even find it, suggesting to me (no expert) the device has no life.
