Hi!
After latest FitBit app update my Charge 2 can't sync with my Android phone. App says it can't find device. I restarted my phone, uninstall the app and reinstalled. Cleard cache. Still can't sync. In Google Store FitBit said the update will improve performance. Yeah, thanks for that!
I still can't understand why FitBit app needs so many updates. It looks like sometimes all those updates make it worse. 🙈 One update before this one Female health stoped working. Had to find another
FitBit, get your sh*t together!

Thank you for your answer! I did all that you said, but it still doesn't sync. Well, it syncs once a day after 10-15 minutes of refreshing FitBit app. I just sit and refresh it until it finally sync. I don't mind connecting once a day, but when i go running, it doesn't sync/show my route. That i really don't like. After my post i got another update, but it looks like it didn't help.

I have the same problem. My "Phone" is a Kindle Fire and it is not listed as an android device. It updated automatically yesterday and will not sync since. I am totally disappointed because the data is valuable but now useless.
