Hello.  Recently I noticed my calls and text messages not coming through on my Fitbit when my phone is using data.  When my phone is connected to WiFi then I receive them. I haven't changed anything different it just started one day. I have checked everything on my phone and the app but not sure still why this is happening. Any help or feedback would be great thank you

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, seems odd that you're not receiving notifications when you're using your mobile data. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? Does this affect phone call and text notifications or just one of them?
