Charge 2 doesn't sync with the app

My Charge2 doesen’t  sync with the app. It is 1 and 1/2 years old. What to do?

Thanks for answer. Nothing of the proposed did help.
At the end I found an update on appstore to the Fitbit app. Now it works allright.

Hello @KerstinDG 

Is your Fitbit showing as connected in your Bluetooth list? If so try turning your Bluetooth off then on again. If that doesn’t work try changing your clock face. You can also try logging out of the Fitbit App, restarting your phone then log back into the Fitbit App and try to sync.  If the problem persist you can try restarting your Charge 2. Look here to see how it’s properly done: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm You won’t lose data doing a restart.

My Charge2 also wouldn't sync. Checked out this forum, then also went to app, updated and yay....It is now.syncing.  Thanks for helping.
